A cat came upon my way
As I was coming back home
It stopped pacing
And stared at me,
Assessing me.
I kept walking.
When I was ten yards before it,
It leapt out of my way
Into a gap in the fence.
As I walked past,
I peeped at the gap
And saw the cat
Looking at me the same way.
I came upon a cat’s way
As I was coming back home
It stopped pacing
And stared at me,
Assessing me.
I kept walking.
When I was ten yards before it,
It leapt out of my way
Into a gap in the fence.
As I walked past,
I peeped at the gap
And saw the cat
Looking at me the same way.
